Diretide is the annual Halloween event of Dota2. It has a custom game mode with a different objective and halloween themed props all around the map. This means a bunch of new, halloween themed sounds are used as well.
Match begin
- Play Replaces the Dire`s game-start horn sound.
- Play Replaces the Radiant`s game-start horn sound.

Stage 1: Candy Chaos
- Play Play This sound plays upon using the Greevil Taffy on a bucket, hero or Roshan.
- Play This sound plays when a Greevil Taffy drops on the ground.
Stage 2: The Trickster Awakens
- Play This track plays as the second stage starts, as Roshan leaves his pit and starts roaming the map.
- Play This stinger plays for the hero Roshan selects as his next trick or treat target.
- Play This sound plays on Roshan upon reaching its chosen target and demanding for candies.
- Play This sound plays on Roshan upon receiving a Greevil Taffy or after killing his target.
- Play This sound plays on Roshan multiple times queued before choosing a new target.
- Play This sound plays on Roshan after having eaten the taffy or killed the player and choosing a new target.
Stage 3: Sugar Rush
- Play This track plays as the Sugar Rush Phase begins, while Roshan walks towards the last fight location.
- Play This sound plays on Roshan upon reaching the last fight location and dropping the bucket.
- Play This sound plays on Roshan as he starts to eat the candies from the bucket he just dropped.
- Play This sound plays on Roshan after having eaten the candy and the players are able to move again.
- Play This sound plays on Roshan whenever Roshan gets stunned through the stomach ache.
- Play This sound plays on Roshan upon defeating him.
- Play This track plays upon defeating Roshan.
- Play This track plays at the end of a Diretide match if Roshan was not defeated.
