Strategy
7 mana to draw 4 cards seems quite expensive. However this card still finds its place because Rogue decks normally function with cheap minions. Firstly, this means that this card will be one of the highest if not the highest Mana card in the deck, meaning that it will not have to compete for use against high Mana cost Minions. Secondly, Rogues often have very few cards in their hand because their cards are so Mana cheap, therefore the ability to draw more cards, to be able to swarm the field with even more Minions, is very valuable.
