How to get
Mana Spring Totem has been removed from the game1, and cannot be acquired.
Strategy
The ultimate strategy, and the one that was game-breaking to such an extent that Mana Spring Totem was removed from the game, was to combine 2 Mana Spring Totem with Knife Juggler₠and 2 Youthful Brewmaster. The two Mana Spring Totems would reduce the cost of Youthful Brewmaster to 0 mana, and the Knife Juggler has the effect that he deals 1 damage to a random enemy every time a minion is summoned. So, with the two Mana Spring Totems and the Knife Juggler on the battlefield, one damage will be dealt when a Youthful Brewmaster is played. However, the Youthful Brewmaster allows you to return a friendly minion from the battlefield to your hand, so playing a second Youthful Brewmaster would let to take back the first one, as well as making Knife Juggler deal 1 damage to a random enemy minion. That way, playing Youthful Brewmaster and taking back the other Youthful Brewmaster in an endless loop, would make Knife Juggler do infinitely much damage, with only the game time as a limiting factor. A Blizzard representative posted in a thread about the combo confirming that Mana Spring Totem had been removed.
