Keeper of the grove has poor stats for its mana cost but its Battlecry effect holds often high enough value to justify spending four mana. It has a silence which can take several opponents by surprise because the effect is largely overlooked in current style. Alternatively it can take down a pesky two health enemy or weaken one so that it can be removed for example with Shapeshift. Similarly the Battlecry effect removes Divine Shield or other buffs ensuring often at least one for one trade against enemy minions.
